For the lime cream, whip the whipped cream with the lime zest in a large bowl until stiff. Mix the white wine and lime juice into the whipped cream and season the cream with sugar to taste.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the lime mixture. Place the mixture in the freezer for about 1 hour. Half an hour before serving, remove from the freezer and beat again. Then pour the lime cream into dessert glasses and garnish with seasonal berries.
