Mix water with pinch of salt, flour and butter with dough hook. Chill for 1 1/2 hours. Steam bacon until translucent, add onions and cook for 20 minutes, cool. If liquid is drain. Spread dough into a greased tart springform pan with 4 cm sides. Put bacon and onions on top. Mix eggs, crème fraîche with spices and pour over it. Bake for approx. 45 min. at 190 °C. Can be reheated well. Serve hot!!
