Put the garlic bulb in an ovenproof dish, add about 1 cm of water. Cook in the oven at 200 °C (gas: level 3) for 50 min.

Cool and squeeze the inside out of the skin, mix with saffron, olive oil, 3 e “spoons of water and salt. Cut meat into 3 cm cubes, fry in very hot oil for about 3 min. on all sides. Salt, season with pepper with garlic to table.
