Peel the oranges very thinly with the zester, place the strips on a glass plate and possibly put on the radiator or let them dry in a warm room.
This will take about 24 hours.
Mix the sugar with the juice of one lemon and let the mixture dry on a glass plate or baking sheet as well.
Chop the sugar plate and dried oranges very finely in a blitz chopper.
Put the orange sugar in jars and label them.
