Cream butter, yolks and salt. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the yolk mixture. Season to taste with salt and herbs.
Mix in sour cream, ham cubes, leek strips and the cooked Fleckerl.
Grease a baking dish with butter and breadcrumbs. Pour in the pasta mixture and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake in the oven until golden brown.
Remove the finished ham and meat casserole from the oven, portion and enjoy.
