Ingredients:

Instructions:

Carefully cut open the shell on the outside of the crayfish tails and remove the black intestines.

Rinse the crayfish tails and rub dry, then sprinkle with the juice of one lemon and marinate for 10 minutes.

Peel and finely crush the garlic cloves. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and cook the garlic until translucent. Add the culinary herbs and the cayenne pepper.

Drain the crayfish tails (reserving the juice), brush with oil and grill on the broiler for about 5 minutes on both sides. Stir the drained juice of one lemon with the liquid herb butter and serve with the crayfish tails.

Variation

You can cut the shell of the raw crayfish tails on the inside, carefully remove the crayfish tails, marinate them in the juice of a lemon, then turn them over in the garlic butter on the other side and put them into the shell once more and then grill them.

Packing tip

Anything stuffed, e.g. stuffed fish rolls, potatoes, vegetables, stuffed veal fillets, etc. You should wrap them in sturdy aluminum foil and place them on the grill grate. So it stews safely as in an aroma safe.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
