A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Peel and chop garlic and onion and sauté in a saucepan with 2 tbsp oil. Place bean seeds in a colander, rinse under cold running water and drain well. Add beans to onions, add clear soup and simmer gently at low temperature for about 5 to six minutes. Season with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
Make pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, cut off heads of crab tails, remove tails from shell and remove intestines with a sharp kitchen knife. Rinse crayfish tails and rub dry thoroughly with paper towels. Sauté crayfish tails in remaining oil, mix with beans and arrange on four plates with pasta.
Rinse basil, shake dry and cut into strips. Arrange pasta with basil and freshly ground black pepper.
