Instructions:

For the lentil mince, wash the lentils and boil them with double the amount of water. Add all the spices. Cut the young onion into thin rings.

Stone the plums and cut them into 1cm cubes. Add both to the lentils in the pot and cook for 20-30 minutes until the lentils are soft.

For the meat, mix beef mince (lamb is better) with pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, garam masala and turmeric.

Fry in a pan with a little olive oil in several small portions (so that not too much liquid escapes and it becomes crispy). Then season with salt to taste. Mix lentils, meat and sesame seeds and sprinkle lentil mince with pomegranate seeds.
