Dressing: Stir through all ingredients. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Leaf salad: pluck the chard into small pieces, chop the stems. Mix kohlrabi and chard with the dressing and arrange. Garnish with halved dandelion buds and perhaps a little pink pepper.

Tip: Use plain or light yogurt, yes, as needed!
