For the gratinated cheese chips, slice the potatoes, place them on an aluminum foil, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt.
Bake at 218°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Layer the slices of potatoes as the first layer, add some cheese on top.
After the 3rd layer, sprinkle with cheese again and bake again in the oven at 218°C for about 5-10 minutes. Serve the gratinated cheese chips.
