For the hunter’s pan peel the potatoes and boil for about 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean and slice the mushrooms.dice the pork, salt and pepper. Cut the bacon into slices, the peeled onion into strips and the cooled potato into wedges.

Heat clarified butter in a large frying pan. Sauté the onions and bacon in it. Add pork, mushrooms and potatoes and fry well for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and freshly chopped parsley and caraway seeds.

Meanwhile, fry the fried eggs in a separate pan and drape on the hunter’s pan before serving.
