A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Cream light butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually add salt, cinnamon, eggs and rum. Sift flour with baking powder and stir in. Toast the nuts, then grate and stir into the batter with the chocolate. Grate the carrots and add them. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Bake according to instructions. Cover the cooled cake with chocolate icing and decorate with marzipan “Rübli”.
Baking/cooking time: 60 min at 175 degrees in a heated oven.
