For the tea sticks, crumble butter and flour well. Add sugar, yolks, lemon juice and zest and knead a dough. Let it rest for a while.

Then roll out the dough thinly. Spread jam on one half and place the second half on top. Now bake for about 20 minutes at 180 °C in the oven.

In the meantime, prepare the spread. Mix the yolks with sugar and a little lemon juice until thick.

Spread the spread on the baked and cooled dough. Top with nuts and halved raisins.

Place the tea sticks once again in the oven while they are still warm and let them dry for a few minutes.

Finally, divide the cake into finger-length slices and serve the Teestangerl.
