Melt light butter. Clean onions and leeks and cut into slices. Sauté in the light butter. Fold in ground beef and roast until it has lost its color. Add a tablespoon of flour while stirring. Add the mushrooms with the liquid. Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Grease a baking dish with light butter. Pour in the meat dough. Quickly knead dough with flour, milk, oil and salt. Roll out between two sheets of parchment paper. Cut out a lid the size of the mold. Place it on the meat mixture. Cut out small crescents from the leftover dough and place them on the edge of the mold. Mix the egg. Spread on the dough lid. Cut or pierce dough a few times to allow steam to escape. Immediately place in the heated oven.
