Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

Heat the oil in a wok or possibly a heavy frying pan. Add the chopped onion as well as the curry paste and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Pour the coconut milk as well as the water into the wok and bring to a boil.

Add the chopped chicken breast fillets, the bean pieces and the lime leaves to the wok form and fold in. Simmer everything without a lid for 15-20 minutes on low heat until the meat pieces are tender. Fold in the fish sauce, lime juice, grated lime zest and brown sugar. Sprinkle fresh cilantro leaves over the dish just before serving. Serve with long grain rice.
