A cake recipe for all foodies:
Dough: yolks are beaten with sugar until thick and creamy, mixed with stiff peaks and flour. This dough is baked in a well-greased and floured cake pan.
Filling: fluffy butter is mixed with yolks, sugar, peeled and grated almond kernels and (not whipped) whipped cream.
After 1-2 days of rest (such a cake must eventually recover from the temperature B-) cut the dough into 5 horizontal parts. These then alternately spread with filling (so dough-filling-dough-filling, etc.)
