Maybe your new favorite bean dish:
Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Pour in the cauliflower and do for 2 min. Drain and drain thoroughly.
Heat the sunflower oil or other vegetable oil in a large preheated wok.
Add the onion and carrots to the wok form and pan fry for 5 min.
Add the drained cauliflower and snow peas to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 min.
Add the mango and bean sprouts to the wok and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Stir the coriander, lime juice, honey and coconut milk in a baking bowl.
Add the mixture to the wok and sauté for about 2 min until the liquid starts to bubble.
Transfer the sautéed sweet and sour cauliflower to warmed serving plates and serve on the spot.
