Preheat the oven to 180°C for the rum slices.

Grease and flour a baking tray. Divide the eggs and beat the egg whites with the salt until firm. Cream soft butter, yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in chocolate chips and hazelnuts.

Mix flour with baking powder and fold into the dough together with the snow and some milk.

Spread the dough on the baking tray and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.

In the meantime, mix the powdered sugar and rum well. As soon as the rum slices come out of the oven, immediately brush with the rum glaze and cut into pieces.
