Instructions:

For the fish casserole, preheat the oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat. Cut fish fillets into cubes, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Defrost broccoli and cut into pieces. Boil pasta in salted water until half done. Heat oil and sweat flour in it.

Add soy milk, Soy Cuisine and soup and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and curry powder.

Brush casserole dish with olive oil. Pour in pasta, fish and broccoli evenly and pour sauce over the top.

Spread Gouda on top, sprinkle breadcrumbs and bake for 30 minutes until the surface is browned.
