For the rice soup, wash the rice, sauté in hot vegetable fat together with the onions. Pour in vegetable soup and cook on low heat for about 25-30 minutes.

Season with salt, pepper and celery salt. Add whisked egg yolk and sprinkle with chive rolls. Do not boil the rice soup anymore!
