For the cream of cucumber soup, peel the cucumbers and cut them in half. Scrape out the seeds with a spoon, slice and dice. Put the cucumber pieces in a pot and pour water over them. (The cucumber pieces should be covered about 2/3 with water).

Add soup seasoning and simmer for about 30 minutes. Puree the soup and add lemon juice. Stir in the whipped cream and season with salt, pepper, curry and dill.
