Instructions:

Boil fish stock and saffron, cook vegetables and potatoes in it until crisp. Leave the cocktail tomatoes behind. Turn the plaice fillets into rolls. Season the vegetables and the stock with oregano, pepper, salt, garlic and bay leaf. Finally, carefully insert the plaice rolls and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Before serving, add the cocktail tomatoes.
