For the gingerbread, combine flour, baking soda and dry spices. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, honey and ginger. Finally, fold in the flour and let the gingerbread dough rest in the refrigerator for 1 night. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
