For the potato-celery mash, peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces. Thoroughly brush the celery, then peel and cut into pieces as well.

Cook the potato and celery pieces in the vegetable soup. Drain the soup. Heat the milk and whipping cream, melt the butter in it. Mash the potato-celery pieces with a potato masher.

Add the milk-cream-butter mixture and stir in. Arrange the potato-celery mash and serve.
