Bring the beer and milk to a boil with the lemon peel, cinnamon stick and cloves. Mix the cornflour with a little water and thicken the soup with it. Add the whipped cream and the egg yolks. Add sugar to taste. Cool and put in the refrigerator.

Serve the soup well chilled.
