For the carrot-zucchini-corn vegetables, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove, cut the carrots into small pieces, dice the zucchini.
Fry the onion and garlic in a little oil, stir in the tomato paste and add the carrot pieces. Fry everything well.
Stir in the zucchini cubes and the corn as well and season with the spices.
