A cake recipe for all foodies:
1. for the dough, quickly knead egg, sugar, butter and flour until smooth, cover and chill for 1/2 hour.
For the filling, heat whipping cream in a saucepan. Roughly chop chocolate and let it melt in the whipping cream at low temperature. Cool, fold in egg yolks.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease a cake springform pan (26 cm ø). Roll out dough on a floured surface to a circle (approx. 28 cm ø), place in the mold and form a 2 to 3 cm wide edge.
4. chocolate-whipped cream mix on the dough bottom form, bake in the stove for about 25 min – the filling is still soft! Cool and put in the refrigerator to cool and firm up.
5. strawberries rinse, clean, cut lengthwise into narrow slices and spread evenly on the cake.
