Instructions:

Remove puff pastry from refrigerator approx. 10 minutes before processing and preheat oven to approx. 220 °C.

Mix curd cheese, powdered sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks and lemon zest in a bowl until well blended.

Melt the butter and carefully fold it in with the raisins.

Unroll puff pastry with baking paper and cut into 12 x 12 cm squares. Brush edges of pastry with beaten egg,

Portion curd filling in the middle and fold dough corners together in opposite directions, brush with egg.

Place the golaches on the baking tray lined with the rolled baking paper and bake for approx. 15 minutes on the middle shelf until golden brown.
