Instructions:

Crush spices in a mortar. Mix herb mixture with tea. Pour 2 tsp of the tea-curry mixture with 1/2 l of boiling hot water and steep for 5 min, strain and sweeten as desired.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything ready!
