For the chocolate ice cream, chop the chocolate into coarse pieces and melt over a water bath. Add the milk and the powdered sugar and stir in. Then let the whole thing cool down a bit.
Whip the cream until stiff and add to the chocolate mixture. Stir the finished ice cream mixture for about 1/2 hour in the ice cream maker or place it in the freezer for 4 hours, stirring vigorously every 30 minutes.
Fill the finished ice cream into glasses with a scoop and garnish according to taste.
