Mix the wheat flour with the dry yeast. Add water, olive oil and salt and knead into a dough. Form the dough into a ball, dust it with flour and place it in a warmed, floured baking bowl. Cover the baking bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 20 min. Turn the dough out onto a greased baking sheet and let rise for another 15 min. In the meantime, cut the onions and leeks into rings, the tofu into narrow strips and spread evenly on the yeast dough. Season the pizza evenly with nutmeg, pepper, salt and oregano and drizzle with olive oil. Bake the pizza in a heated oven 180 C for about 20 min.
