For the zucchini cream soup, coarsely chop the onion, dice the pancetta and sauté in oil. Roughly dice the zucchini and add to the soup pot.

Then add the water and the soup cube, salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes. Then puree with a blender.

Add the sour cream and blend again.
