For the baked potatoes with spinach, peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and season with salt and chili.

Cut the tomatoes in half and place them on the baking tray as well. Now season generously with garlic. Finally, spread slightly thawed spinach leaves and season again with salt. Bake at 250 degrees for about 20 minutes.
