Lightly fry a large onion and 1 bunch of chopped greens in a little butter, add 250 gr of crushed liver sausage and 300 gr of crumbled brown bread.
Season with garlic, marjoram, a little pepper and salt and add enough clear soup to make a creamy soup, which should simmer for about 5 minutes.
You can leave the soup as it is or, if you wish, blend it briefly with a hand-held blender. If desired, the bread soup can be sprinkled with browned chives or onions.
Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
