Instructions:

For the cranberry muesli bars, chop the cranberries and chocolate.

If white chocolate is used, the bars will be light in color; if milk chocolate is used, the entire mixture will be darker in color.

Chop the rose petals very finely and mix with chocolate, rolled oats, granola, crunchies, shredded coconut, cranberries and salt.

Then put butter, syrup, honey, sugar and vanilla sugar together in a saucepan and heat, stirring constantly, so that a homogeneous mass is formed.

Slowly stir chocolate, oatmeal, granola and the remaining ingredients into the syrup and mix well.

Spread the mixture into a mold lined with baking paper and press down with a spatula. Sprinkle with rose petals and cover with another piece of baking paper.

Let the mixture cool completely in the refrigerator, preferably overnight, and cut into bars with a very sharp knife.

The cranberry muesli bars are great as a snack between meals.
