For minced loaf with spinach, boil the potatoes with the skin, peel and mash with a fork. Soak the bread rolls in a little milk, squeeze and loosen with a fork.

Clean the spinach, wash it, chop it coarsely and steam it in some oil. Knead the beef well with the crushed garlic, potato mixture, spinach, rolls, salt, pepper, eggs, Parmesan cheese and rolls.

Now form loafs, roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil on both sides. Serve with mixed salad.
