For the chocolate shells, melt the chocolate over a water bath. Blow up the balloons. Let the chocolate cool a little, then dip the balloons with the round side into the chocolate. Turn once all around and cover evenly with chocolate about 5 cm high.

Let the chocolate drip off a little and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let the chocolate shells dry in a cool place.

When the chocolate has dried, pop the balloons at the top by the cap with a pin. Remove the remains from the balloon from the shells. Fill the chocolate shells with your choice of dessert and serve.
