Cut onion and garlic clove into celery stalks, mushrooms, cubes and carrots into slices or sticks, asparagus stalks into 2 cm long pieces. Heat oil, sauté onion, garlic and long grain rice until translucent. Add vegetables, wine and clear soup, bring to the boil and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Grate cheese, chop basil and add to risotto form.
