Instructions:

First prepare a dampfl (pre-dough).

Mix the remaining ingredients with the pre-dough and let rise for about 20 minutes. Then briefly knead the dough again.

Butter a cake pan, dust with flour, line the bottom of the pan with almond flakes, pour in the dough and let it rise.

Then bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
