For the stanitzel, mix all ingredients with a blender. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
The technique: line a baking tray with baking paper. Portion the mixture with a spoon and spread thin circles with a palette (depending on how large or small the stanitzels should then become). Bake at 200 degrees in the oven for about 2 minutes until light brown.
Take out and immediately remove from the tray with a spatula. While still warm, hold with thumb and forefinger at one point and twist with the other hand like a spiral. Only then allow to cool!
