Beat’s potato soup is made like this:

Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water until soft, then pour off the water and mash the potatoes with a hand blender. But very hearty !

Return the potato mixture to the saucepan, add full cream, mix in butter. Stir everything until smooth.

Later, according to taste, add chicken, meat or vegetable soup, stir everything together with the whisk, bring to a boil and season with salt, white pepper from the mill and a little nutmeg (freshly grated).

The potato soup is ready !
