Instructions:

For the banana-strawberry jam, wash the strawberries, remove the green and puree. Peel the bananas and mash them as well.

Mix the strawberry and banana puree with sugar and lemon juice and refrigerate for 3 hours. Place mixture in a large saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Continue to boil for a few minutes while stirring, then pour into jam jars rinsed with hot water, seal airtight and store banana-strawberry jam upside down.
