For the banana-rhubarb jam clean rhubarb, wash and cut into pieces. Peel bananas and chop a little.

Squeeze lemon and sprinkle fruit with it. Mix everything with jam sugar. Leave to stand for a few hours.

Bring to a boil and continue to boil for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Blend thoroughly and pour the banana-rhubarb jam into jam jars.
