Instructions:

For the sauerkraut soup, rinse the sauerkraut if necessary and boil in 1 1/2 l of water for about 20 minutes. Add potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.

Fry bacon and onion in fat, add flour, stir in paprika and immediately pour 1/16 l cold water.

Remove from heat and let cool. Add debreziner and roux to soup, season, cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

Stir in sour cream and garnish the sauerkraut soup with sour cream and parsley.
