For the avocado eggs, preheat the oven to 200 °C. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Enlarge the 2 small openings slightly, if necessary, and crack a small egg into each of them.

Bake in the oven for about 15-30 minutes, depending on the desired consistency of the eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
