A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Rinse the veal roast, dry it. Add marinade ingredients to meat. Leave to marinate for one night. Take out, dry. Fry meat in hot fat until hearty. Roast at 200 degrees for about 1 hour. Add marinade gradually. Clean and rinse vegetables and mushrooms. Cut into pieces or whole according to taste, add after 40 minutes. Remove meat and keep warm. Stir crème fraîche into the stock. Season to taste.

Serve with parsley potatoes.
