Spread the herb butter on a lightly toasted slice of brown bread. Form the minced meat with finely chopped onion on the bread and make a small hole in the middle for the egg yolks. Place the egg yolks in the cavity and place the chopped capers on top.
Bake in the oven until the yolks are firm on the surface.
