For the zucchini vegetables, wash the zucchini well, but do not peel and use only the firm flesh without seeds. Cut the zucchini, peppers, and hot peppers into strips, and the onions into rings. Then put vinegar, water, sugar, salt and spices in a large pot, lastly add the cut vegetables.

Boil everything together for 10 minutes.

Then put the hot vegetables into prepared jars, fill with the broth and seal the jars immediately.
