Rinse wild garlic leaves and nettle leaves and blanch, that is, put briefly, in about one minute, in bubbling boiling water. Drain and cool.
In the meantime, roll out the puff pastry and spread it thinly with butter. Cut the onion into cubes and brown them lightly in the olive oil. Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
Spread the leaves evenly on the dough, add the onions and the feta cheese, season with salt and season with pepper. Roll up the covered dough. Bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
