Clean leaf lettuce, rinse and cut into narrow strips. Rinse tomatoes and cut into eighths. Boil clear soup. Cook tomatoes and drained beans for 2 minutes.

Peel garlic, squeeze and add. Mix in lettuce. Season soup with salt and pepper. Add olive oil at the end.
